By using ReviewReply AI ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
ReviewReply AI connects to your Google Business Profile and uses AI to draft and optionally post responses to customer reviews. You are responsible for all responses posted to your business listing, including AI-generated ones.
You may not use the Service to post false, defamatory, or misleading responses. You may not use the Service to harass reviewers. You must comply with Google's review response policies.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your 14-day free trial converts to a paid plan automatically — you will be asked for a payment method before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We target 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, Google API changes, or AI-generated responses that do not meet your expectations.
AI responses are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing responses before posting, particularly in approval-queue mode. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses posted to your Google listing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewReply AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms. We'll email you 14 days before material changes take effect.
